  • Orientation and code of conduct training is provided to workers at the beginning of employment.

2. Occupational Health and Safety

  • A test is administered during recruitment to assess employees’ knowledge level on occupational health and safety.
    Sanitation, food, and accommodation
    Communication with employees regarding working conditions
    Subcontractor management in occupational health and safety

  • Human Resources designs training programs that all employees are required to attend.

4. Environmental Policy

  • Ruba is ISO 14001 certified.
    A waste management plan is implemented in accordance with ISO 14001 standards.
    Projects on energy efficiency and activities to reduce natural resource consumption are carried out.
    A significant portion of energy is sourced from renewable sources through solar panels.
    Ruba aims to reduce carbon emissions by 35% by 2030 and by 90% by 2050.

    A sustainability questionnaire is conducted with suppliers.
